EastCoast Automotive Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any entry and participation instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.

  2. The closing date is as stated and the draw is final. Any purchases after this date will not be entered into the draw, unless we are running a new draw within the date purchased.

  3. Prices stated on the EastCoast Automotive website are GST inclusive.

  4. All payment made through the EastCoast Automotive website are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment providers.

  5. Submitting an order through the EastCoast Automotive website is legally binding. Once paid for, the order may not be cancelled.

  6. The winning entry will be selected from all entries received by the closing date and time.

  7. Code of conduct. To engage with EastCoast Automotive must be done in a polite and respectful manner. Including, but not exclusive to, the Eastcoast Automotive website and all social media platforms. If you use offensive, discriminatory, illegal, homophobic, racist, hate speech, or otherwise unacceptable language, EastCoast Automotive has the absolute right to serve you with a warning notice and/or delete or suspend your entries and access to the website indefinitely. EastCoast Automotive reserves the right to report any illegal or unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

  8. By entering the giveaway, you agree to your photo being taken, and to EastCoast Automotive using this photo and your first and last name in relation to you being a winner of the giveaway, including on the EastCoast Automotive website and live stream, and other media platforms.

  9. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct address. EastCoast Automotive ships goods strictly in accordance with the details provided at the time of purchase. Eastcoast Automotive takes no responsibility or liability for an incorrect postal address.

  10. The winner will be drawn at random. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable

  11. The purchaser/ticketholder acknowledges and agrees that events proceeding as planned/advertised by EastCoast Automotive are subject to a number of variables, including, but not limited to weather, safety precautions/standards, staffing, insurance, government mandates/restrictions and other factors, which are beyond the control of EastCoast Automotive. The purchaser/ticketholder agrees that they shall not hold EastCoast Automotive responsible in respect to events being unable to proceed as planned.

  12. In the event that an event cannot proceed as planned/advertised, EastCoast Automotive reserves the right to reschedule the event on similar terms/conditions. The purchaser’s entries will still be valid for use at the rescheduled date. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.

  13. EastCoast Automotive will attempt to contact the winner by phone and/or email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize, and EastCoast Automotive reserves the right to draw and notify a new winner.

  14. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

  15. EastCoast Automotive will not be liable for death or personal injury caused by any parties negligence or misuse of the vehicle. In entering this giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. It is the responsibility of the participant to be of legal age and hold the appropriate licence. 

  16. EastCoast Automotive may amend these terms and conditions at any time but will notify you of significant changes before these come into effect.

  17. These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
